Harvesting Our Future: NCACDEP/LFPT/CRD Conference 2025
We are excited to announce the 2025 NCACDEP/LFPT/CRD Conference, happening October 28–30, 2025, in Waynesville, North Carolina. This year’s gathering is co-hosted by the NC Association of Community Development Professionals (NCACDEP), the Local Food Program Team (LFPT), and NC State Community and Rural Development (CRD).
Unlike traditional conferences, this event will take us out into the community. Instead of hotel meeting rooms, we’ll experience Waynesville’s history, neighborhoods, and food systems firsthand. Be prepared for walking tours and outdoor sessions—come dressed for the weather and ready to engage.
